Wellness Centre
A dedicated Wellness Centre at Austin Hospital offers patients specially designed facilities with a dedicated Wellness Centre. In line with Olivia's dedication to the promotion of patient-centred care and wellness programs, this Centre will focus on the needs of the whole person - body, mind and spirit, not just the disease.
A tranquil & inspirational space for patients to actively balance the various aspects of their treatment.
What's On
May 2013 Program - Evidence-based therapies and programs are offered to patients to assist them to better cope and function with their illness and to offer them relief from common symptoms of cancer and treatment side effects, including anxiety.
Wellness Centre staff evaluate the success of the various programs as part of the Centre's commitment to excellence in clinical care, and desire to add to the international evidence base for complementary therapies.
