Mr Tim Daly OAM

Mr Tim Daly AM, B.Bus, CPA, FAICD and OAM was appointed Chairman of Austin Health Board in 2003 and stepped down from this position in 2012. He is a member of the Finance and Audit Committees and chairs the Remuneration Committee.

Mr Daly has over 4 decades experience in public sector management, including in health services policy and planning, and in a range of other government functions. He was Chief General Manager of the former Health Department of Victoria from 1988 to 1992 and subsequently held senior executive appointments in the Departments of Justice and Finance.

Mr Daly was Chairman of the Board of the Metropolitan Ambulance Service from May 2000 to June 2008. For his services to the Victorian health care system, Mr Daly was awarded a Medal of the Order of Australia in 2009.
