More than a century-old tradition of cancer care at Austin Health has formed a solid foundation for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre.

Based on an on-going collaboration between Austin Health and the Ludwig Institute for Cancer Research, the Centre combines the best in clinical treatment and research with patient-centred, complementary care.

Austin Health is a leading centre for cancer surgery, for common cancers such as bowel, prostate, breast and lung and has international standing in more specialised areas such as liver and brain cancer surgery.

Austin Health is affiliated with The University of Melbourne for medical education. In nursing education, Austin Health is a major clinical school for La Trobe University with strong links to RMIT and Deakin Universities.
