Making a donation in memory of a loved one or friend is a meaningful way of ‘celebrating’ their life.

Many families encourage donations in lieu of flowers at their loved one's funeral, and see it as a fitting way to honour those close to them, while supporting a cause dear to their heart.

If you are arranging a funeral and wish to support the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre in this special way, we’d be happy to arrange personalised donation envelopes be sent to the funeral or memorial service for you. To organise this, please call our fundraising office on (03) 9496 5753 or email us at oliviaappeal@austin.org.au. Most funeral homes will also be happy to organise this on your behalf.

Family and Friends

If you would like to make a donation in memory of someone special, a friend, colleague or loved one, simply go to our secure online donation form.

All donations $2 and above are tax deductible.  A letter of thanks and receipt for your thoughtful gift will be sent to you. The next of kin will also be informed of your gift, however the amount you have given will not be disclosed.

If our office is unattended (during public holidays and weekends), for your convenience you can download the 'In Memoriam Coupon' and the 'In Memoriam Information Form' below.

Family members, please personally deliver the donations and coupons in the unopened envelopes that are received from your loved one’s funeral, to the following address:
