Olivia Newton-John Livwise Cookbook
Livwise Cookbook RRP $39.99

Olivia Newton-John’s first cookbook – Livwise is now available!

With all proceeds supporting the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre, there has never been a better reason to get healthy and support a fantastic cause.

Olivia Newton-John radiates health, positivity and wellbeing. She embraces holistic remedies and supports complementary therapies and is a living testament to her beliefs. It should come as no surprise then that Olivia has released her first cookbook called Livwise, that introduces you to wise ways of eating and living that will keep you in good health and happiness.

The recipes were created in her own kitchen along with recipes contributed by friends and chefs at her Australian health retreat, Gaia. In Livwise, Olivia explains her belief in the importance of eating a healthy diet in order to maintain wellness and balance.

The recipes are simple, wholesome and very tasty - from delicious salads and snacks to hearty mains and guilt-free desserts, all offering a perfect balance of flavour, goodness and vitality. There are also lots of vegetarian friendly recipes and several suitable for people with different types of dietary restrictions.

As a breast cancer survivor (or cancer thriver as she prefers), Olivia is raising funds for the Olivia Newton-John Cancer & Wellness Centre in Melbourne and her royalties from the sale of Livwise will go to the centre.

Livwise is available now from all good book sellers and department stores, and can be ordered online through Readings Books
